Over four years of retail experience managing customer and staff relations, cash and file management, invoicing, health and safety, and food safety. Effective leader and motivator, performing at a high level of accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.

Education

From learning how to work collaboratively with others to put on performances, to exploring the essentials of marketing, economics, and business management, I am confident I can bring new perspectives and ideas to any organization.

My varied experiences include everything from analytics and retail to safety and management. These roles are as much a part of me as my education is, and I hope to continue trying new things. 

Transperfect - Language Data Analyst

(June 2023)

• Achieved KPIs consistently and was detail-oriented whilst doing repetitive tasks.

• Received and implemented feedback when and where necessary.

• Adept in data labelling by identifying and captioning the purpose of whatever has been transcribed.

Safeway Extra - Bakery Clerk, Head Cashier, Admin Clerk

(May 2018- Dec 2022)

• Handled customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and a strong knowledge of store policies and procedures.

• Managed the cash from all registers for a store making an average of $80,000 per day.

• Implemented item price changes, sales, and specials for all departments.

• Processed store invoices averaging over $100,000 every week, eliminated outstanding invoices from vendors.

Douglas College - Stage Manager, Head of Broadcast

(Sept 2020 - May 2021)

• Supervised, supported, and created plans for stage crews and performers.

• Developed and fostered positive relationships with crew members, performers, and theater personnel.

• Ensured that the director’s and designer’s visions were carried out through production.

  • Assembled and removed sponsored banners, frames, signage for BC Lions Football games

  • Assisted with mid-game events and half-time shows.

Professional Development
